I'm like, 7 months into my contract... and my phone is really starting to get shitter and shitter. I can't record any video as it proper stutters, and the phone is literally walking pace now... It takes forever to do anything!
If I phone Vodafone up, will they replace/repair it or am I lumped with it now?
Surely I should get a years warrenty?

They'll tell you to factory reset it then if it's really faulty they'll take it in and repair it.

Back it up using PC Suite, then do *#7370# this will reset it and should clear the issue, if it doesnt then pop in a voda shop and they will flash it or put the latest stable firmware on it.

Sony ericssons have the highest return rate of any phone manafacturer, so that would be a silly move. Especially as all their handsets are of a lower spec

Mine also stuttered on videos after I unplugged the USB cable without stopping it in windows first. I had to format the 'drive' in the phone using windows, and it fixed the problem. May be worth trying that too in case it helps
