I've to write a statement in support of application on a form.

I know the gist of what i'm putting in it and that i've to tailor my experience to the job etc but I have absolutely no clue how to start it.

Don't want to do the 'i feel i'm the man for the job because'.

Ideas/experiences greatly appreciated.

'Before I start - let me just reassure you I am not a typical Scot. I do not drink, so I wont come into work tanked up everyday. I dont do drugs, so I wont come into work high everyday. Im not ginger, so I will increase your normal:ginger ratio. I dont have 10 kids with 10 different women, so you wont have crazed single 16yr old mothers knocking on the door demanding to see me. And most importantly I dont wear a skirt, so you can be sure you will not have any health and safety or sexual harrasment issues from me.

I feel I'm the man for the job because.....'

I was going to say something of the same nature but no so pleasant.

However, i only have good things to say about Vista Personal preference i guess
