Hiya fella's
I'm looking for a new intercooler for my C20let. Its doing 300 Bhp so needs to be a decent one. The one I had on previously was massive But it meant that the bumper support had to be removed to fit it. which I dont want to do this time round.
Will a 700/690mm X 180mm X 65mm fit without problems (I don't mind slightly cutting bumper support to fit it). If not, what will and where do I get it?
I also want to keep it quite well hidden so it remains a sleeper.
Please advise

180 in height will be fine and 65mm depth. 700 is that total length or length of the core? as the problem is trying to get boost pipes to run aorund the side of the radiator

what size is your cooler nic?

700 is the size of the whole thing. The core is 550
|

i will measure the total length of mine sometime. its just the right length to be able to get the pipes on using 90 degree bends without having to run them around the headlamp panel and back in under the chasis legs if you get me. im sure its something like 700 in length.
can you not just use a frontera one? theyre ok for 300bhp and ultra stealthy

I dunno about the frontera one. I was unsure on its size and capabilities so was just gonna go aftermarket. Plus the aftermarkets are easy to get hold of.
