What the best way to remove a tyre, by hand..

theres two with bald tyres and to with very good tread..

any idea`s..

tryed local garage they want 12 quid per tyre

You will struggle to even break the bead, try find somewhere else. It should only be a few quid at most, will take 2 mins.

As said most tyre places will remove for free, go ask another place.

Depends how desperate he is for wanting the tyre's off, piece of piss with a grinder as long as your careful
