It's not just that... It's the fact it seems like such a major event to Mertin that he's going out - hence he's made a thread like this... So ironically he probably doesn't go out much at all (if this one night is such a thing to shout about).

I had quite a nice evening last nite, went for a drive about 7.30pm and ended my drive at the local cruise about 10.30pm. Went to the shop for Strongbow then to the take away. Home for 11pm then watched MOTD I sky+. after that I "rocked out" on Guitar Hero for an hour then ZZzzZZzzZZ
