Looking for a bit of info here...short version of the story is my parents accountant who has been doing the accounts for years appears to have gone insane 
She's moved house without sending any details, won't return calls or answer emails. Problem is she has all the accounts and there needed now as there well overdue (due to her dissapearing act)
Does anyone know if we can find an address from a phone number? We tried contacting the Federation of Small Businesses but they said they can't do anything about it.
Any info would be appreciated.

If she's been doing the accounts for years, don't your parents know her name? Surely that will be something to go by...
Also how do toy have her new phone number if you don't know where she's moved to?

She's married fairly recently and uses a few variations of her name, all of which we have tried tracking down through the list of registered accountants.
We have the phone number as we have spoken to her husband in the last few months, contact has now stopped though.

It's called Reverse Phone Lookup btw
edit - also might be worth calling trading standards to see if they can do anything (unlikely though).
