Hi,
I recently fitted some wheels I bought off someone on here, no mention of buckling or anything, got them through, got tyres fitted, tracked and balanced everything too!
But when I am driving along I can feel a lot of wobbling through the steering wheel! Notice it the most at 40+mph
When the tyre place balanced them and everything, they would have told me if one was buckled surely, so dont know what the problem could be!
Is there anyway of looking for a buckle yourself, as I inspected the wheels myself and didnt notice anything obviously wrong!
Could it be a possible bearing or something similar?
Thanks for any help at all!

Sorry mate, what is a spiggot ring?
Are they the same as a spacer? As the wheels are not fitted with a spacer on at the moment!

Most tyre places are useless, the amount of times I had my old Astra GLS wheels balanced till they were right was mad.
But yeah spigot rings on your aftermarket wheels are a must IMO for a smooth drive..

ahh, ok, just done a quick google search! They could be what im after, as at the moment it is just the bolts that are holding the wheels where they need to be!
Had to lift them up to bolt them on properly!
Also, what size ring should I be getting? What size is the corsa hub bit? As im guessing I will have to measure the wheel myself!
Is this likely to be the cause of my problems then do you rekon?
Thanks!

Google is a brilliant tool!:
"Opel Corsa hub diameter (center bore): 56.5 mm"
"Wolfrace alloy wheels have a centre hub diameter of 72.6mm"
Thought I would post this just incase anyone else was wondering!
So off to try and get me some correctly sized spigot rings now then!
Will it be safe to keep my Voodoos on for a couple of days? Or should I chuck my old Vauxhall wheels on just to be safe?
Thanks for your help guys!

Think the likes of halfrauds and a local sparesworld or the likes should sell them m8
I would imagine it would require spigott due to diameter.
I wouldn't recommended keeping them on til you got them rings but i'd imagine as long as you don't thrash it the sametime should be ok. But not 100% in that area though.
