Waste of a tenner.
Would have had more fun attaching it to a bit of string and leaving it on the pavement then pulling it when someone goes to pick it up.

I meant what is a tenner as in it's only ten pound, it's not much money in todays world etc. Not what is a tenner literally

He said WIN 3000 though. So he is right. My 8 year old cousin put her pound on the 100-1 on the national, we laughed, now she has £100 and is laughing at us.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Most people round here let their kids throw a pound on the National. Not really a big thing as most learn how to lose money!!
