Remove the door skin - mirror cover first, then tweeter cover by prizing it off, screws in there, screw in the door handle, then the screws around the door pocket then lift it out over the puller and upwards off the door. You'll then see the window runner on the outside of the door furthest away from the hinge, two 8mm I think to loosen that (doesn't need removing). Move that aside and you can undo the two bolts on the back of the handle. If it's a locking one you'll need to unclip that as well. Study the clip to see how it works and you'll get it.
