A package has not arrived, seller says has proof of posting.

Will he have to claim or do i need to? I think he should as he posted it?

seller normally deals with claims, ive claimed 3 times for missing parcels each time i was the sender.

He needs to claim, but you may need to confirm this with the company who sent it as they may ask you once the claim has been filed iirc.
