Er, sup

I'm doing a 10k run in June and I'm looking for some sponsorship. The charity I've chosen helps families of SADS (sudden adult death syndrome) and tries to prevent it happening. Not really selling them am I

Give something, give nothing, I don't mind but at least give it a thought

My mate is doing a half marathone 26th. We've been out today training. Him running me on a bike. We did 10k without thinking about it!

Go there and back and I might think about it.
