I am going through a claim for an ebay item the has not be received...

In the Resolution Centre its has stages at the top and the one saying "Requiring your action" is highlighted in peach?
"PayPal requests more information from the buyer to resolve the issue. If the buyer doesn't respond within the allotted timeframe, we close the case and restore funds to the rightful owner."

But further down it says "What happens next"

"If you still haven’t received your item, you don’t need to do anything. We will review the information submitted by the seller and contact you with any developments by 18 Apr. 2009"

WTF do i need to do?

Looks like you should just leave it as it is. Seller hasn't provided proper tracking info.

I've got a dispute ending on the 18th too Can't wait to get my £50 back and blow it on mindless ebay shite

Failing that, give them a call 0870 7307191

I hate paypal.

I had this recently, kept saying it was requiring my action and they had sent me emails.

Didn't receive one email regarding it although all other paypal emails made it to me fine.

Sent various emails to support, getting more and more annoyed every time.

Ended up case being closed, no refund and they won't let me claim again, complete farce.
