start from the back and pull it up just be careful and dont pull to hard, then all you do is keep going down till you got to the front windscreen

wot i did wen i woz gettin car ready 4 paint woz i removed the boot (fittin smoothed boot ) then i slid them bac twards the bac and they came off if that makes any sence lol

There are some plastic and some metal i found.
5 door ones DO NOT fit 3 door ones.
How i removed mine was to get a screw driver and a towel (to protect the paint/spoiler) then prise it up from the back and work your way forwards popping each of the plastic clips up as you go along.
The clips are very brittle so be careful.
If they are metal, be careful not to bend them as you work your way along.
Then refitting them - just put them in place and give them a firm push/thump and they will clip back in
Granted there are other ways, but thats how i did it.
