if i have money in my paypal account, and buy an item for £30 off ebay, will it take the £30 out my paypal account or take it out of my bank account. sorry if its a bit unclear. just when you withdraw money from your paypal account to your bank account, it takes bloody ages!

takes it from paypal, the rest will go off your card / bank, works the difference out automatically.
