The only gripe with it that I have is that it suggests using a heat rock, but after doing a lot of research on the internet too many sites warn against using a heat rock as beardies dont cant sense heat from underneath and they may burn themselves on it. If they need to warm up they bask underneath a warm white-light lamp, simulating the sun that they would normally find in the desert in the wild.
I also got one of these thermostats and its probably the best purchase I got for him. Gives you peace of mind that the temperatures are right all the time, and it saves you having to remember to turn the lights on and off in the monrning and night too.
