remove it and fit a 1800 16v as theyre far faster to begin with then spend 1000 on something else as you wont need to tune the 1800 due to its awesomeness already.

Cams, Head work, Chip, Inlet plenum, New piston rings, other little bits and bobs.

As you probably know the C20XE is possibly the most popular vauxhall engine and can still be bought new (So I'm told anyway) So i would imagine they make all sorts for them, And yes I'm 99% sure i have seen an inlet plenum on an XE

as for your question
decent exhaust
chip
cams
head work
lager throttle body
and you mite see 170bhp
or just take the xe out sell it and with the money plus your grand c20let and leave standard and you'll be suprised on power

A pair of new weber 45's with fitting kit and linkages costs about £650. New manifold from SBD is about £150. Megajolt is £100. Then you need the ford tps, eds and coil pack £30, Then £70 to get it tuned is you £1000
