hi all on my comp i can get sound on apps such a itunes but then i go on websites such as youtube etc, i can't hear anything i have no sound does anybody no my problem ? thanks

if you right click on the volume icon in bottom right corner, and choose open volume mixer, the windows apps one is probably down low
