Maybe it's just me but, if you go on to google's homepage and type "can i get aids" into the search field, but don't press enter so it shows you the suggested searches, do you see something a little amiss?

I think it doesn't show up if you are using igoogle and that the people who typed that search in are probably racist, not google.
