are they not clamp on ones? they clamp to the inner lip of the bumper?

self tappers, get some black ones, ive got those mud flaps

self tap them onto the bumper and then use a tire wrap

you will only get one self tepper in the bumper at the top mate as the bumper is thin,
i used small metal brackets like macarno sort of stuff that bends into an L shape to fix into the arch and then there is metal behind the back bumer than you can bend a screw into
