Something I wondered today.

Its an offence to use a mobile while driving, but is it an offence to flick through tracks on an ipod connected to your head unit ?

Reason I ask is I have an iphone and do flick through tracks in the van but as its also a phone what would the deal be ?

Unless it is a CB, you can use them legally or the police would be fucked lol

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Coppers aren't allowed to use the radios if they're driving either.
