not a major issue to be fair, and ive only just noticed it started to happen; and its bugging me to be say the least.
Speedo needle is moving quite erraticly, just wondering what the cause may be?- if its linked to any other issue?
Cheers!

Is it cable driven? The Cavaliers always used to do it, Common fault. It's probably your cable if it is cable driven.

Will more than likely be a perished cable then.

yeah the cable becomes worn and starts to catch and makes friction with the outa cable meaning it will bounce,
luke get a new one lube it up well (hehe) and put in so the cable has free routefor example no harsh bend crimped or trapped and it will run mint, plus if its on the mk2 it will be a piece of piss to do
