Well....The blue really isnt that blue, i had blue hair for about a year or so, depends what colour your hair is to begin with. Try in boots, try and get sprays if you want it really bright blue. Otherwise go permanent and then dye it black if work dont like it

Dave, the goth shops stock little pots of dye and they are the most bright I've ever been able to find. Boots etc ony do cosmic blue(basically black that looks really dark blueish if the sun hits it right). Maybe try n get those coloured hair gels?
