Sorry its about a ford tho, gf drove her dads focus last night and it reminded her of how much she liked it, so she said she wants an older focus now instead of her 08 plate, tbh i think its becuase of the exhaust and air filter, so my question is, without effecting the warranty what exhaust can i put on? im thinking an st backbox?
and would putting a k&n panel filter in effect warranty?

I wouldnt have thought they would let you change anything.....but whether they notice or not is another thing.

If you get a genuine ST exhaust and get a ford garage to fit it then that shouldn't void it

things like air filters etc can be changed in 2/3 mins, do you REALLY want to make them aware. i know its the legal thing to do, BUT an air filter as i said can be changed in 2/3 minutes if you get my drift

leave the exhaust , change the filter, filter can be changed in a few mins when it needs to go to fords, plus alot of aftermarket exhaust ruin iduction noise IMO

depends on air filter really, my old corsa with cone and standard exhaust sounded superb, then i ruined it when i put a bacbox on.
my mate had a old focus 1.6 zetec and had a cheap cone on, that roared down the road, really u want a enclosed system though, vipers are good but quiet, the BMCs are louder i think but dont qoute me on that

mm, the BMC DIA, seems a good price at around £100, i got lucky and picked a viper up on here for £30, i should of took that off the car before i sold it, that was quiet though like i said.
