By chip do you mean the one thats inside the key? If so, yes. I aint sure what the trandonder loom is but what you see in the pic is everything thats there apart from the chip.

i mean the transdponder ring sorry that goes round the ignition barrel, if not the ecu is near on worthless

The ECU is worthless without the ring, as it wont pickup the chip inside the key. Its not on the engine loom but the acual car loom.

I may be intersted in Just the loom, without ECU if your split and give me a price via U2U

all you need is the chip from the key and the imm ring though

You need a matching ECU, Chip from the key and the imobliser pickup ring.
