What exactly are you trying to do, send money between your own accounts or pay someone else?

If you're sending to someone else then go into your bank (if you dont have online banking) and give them the other persons account number, sortcode and account name (they'll obviously need yours too) and the amount you want to send.

if your with natwest..its bit more complicated.... you need a card reader - useless peices of crap .... i would just give the persona cheque!
