Basically ive installed the pc suite software onto the computer, i can connect the phone to computer fine, it reconises the phone but when i go to transfer music the phone will just disconnect, anyone know why or able to help me please. thanks

Just set the phone to mass storage mode and drag and drop, that's what I used to do, saves installing the crappy software
