rite i was under the car the other day and notice that the rear bumper isnt held on newhere underneath other than the screw in the arches and the 4 screws up top, i checked my mates corsa and it has like a second skin that 4 screws go into underneath

sorry post replied before i could finish lol, some tw*t has put the bumper on with out this or is it attached 2 the bumper and the whole bumper needs replaced ne idea's??

pre or post facelift as mine has srews in arches on top of bumper then 4 screws under on little tabs that screw into a plastic thing

really dont get what your on about here the bumper screws into the metal of the car body underneath if it not there then its been cut off its not a part of the car you can unbolt its a welded pannel

The car is sposed to have 3 at the top and 1 in each corner in the wing. Then 4 underneath.. They screw into the rear panel. Whip the bumper off because if what your saying is right then the cars rear panel has been cut which is a big no no

i am having a chat with a company about the floor pan but the other bits like the rear panel and the rear panel suport (bit that holds the latch pin in place) i can get easely and pritty cheaply. other than that im now pulling off that tar crap, decided to use hammer and chisel then put the thinners on it to get rid of the resedue.. should be easy after that.. also been reading up on not having to weld serten places (will weld the floor in place lol or use pop rivits to save a little weight and bond it into place aswell.) loads of different bonding methods used that are classed as ok by repteble companys
