I'm at uni at the moment, 1st year, two days a week ( monday and wednesday for the moment). My loan amount is pure p1sh, i get a bursary of a whole 200 bucks!!
I need some cash to further mod me car, and basically for everything. Got a good wee bit in the bank but could do with some income.
Local garage has a vacancy, night work (23.45 - 07.15), 4 nights on, then 4 nights off.
Really want some cash, but i dont know if this is gonna nacker my nockers off. Oh, and i've a bloody girlfriend to see to!!! grrrrrr.....

find a better job, the only perk to working nights is the unsociable hours pay.

No, i'm full-time BAcc Accountancy Degree, its just the way my timetable works out that i'm there only 2 days a week this semester.
Fair enough, i mean its obviouslly at night, so i dare say i would be doing much.
Only thing i'm kinda worried about is finishing at 07.15 then having to drive to Paisley Uni (about 1hour away) then a days solid work with an 1hr 30mins off. Suppose i could sleep then.
What else can i do (as in better job?).

shop work is easy to come by, might be worth taking your CV to some local accountancy firms see if they have a use for a part time junior, a lot of offices will take you on, try temping agencies like Reid, they'll find you work no worries, usually piss easy work. you'd get about £200 a week doing 5 days 9-5, so you could expect to take home maybe £120 doing 3 days. pretty good for student money and you still have evenings to yourself.

I went on a work experience pol;acement years back to an accountancy office, i've been back their every summer working to help em out.
I dont know, sounds crazy, but i'd rather keep the "shirt n tie" job as far away as possible at the moment.
My girl stays in the same town as this garage/filling station so i can just conk out there when i'm finished.
