Where are you situating your air temp sensor and how? I've got mine in a bit of pipe with a hole cut in it which isn't very effective. Pics would be great, or any other way to go about it would be good as well.

On mine I've just got a reducer pipe with a hole cut out, so I'm not getting a very good seal on it. Think it may be what's causing my EML to come on when the car gets hot.
My setup is air filter - reducer pipe I'm talking about - AFM - ecotec plate.
So it's in the right place, but what's the best way to get a good seal around it?

Cut a hole out of the induction pipe for my mates and we sealed it with a bit silicone worked fine.

DAZ, meant to say, aye it is a coilpack
Some sort of sticky shit it is!
I'll give the silicon a try, can see it turning out looking like spiderman's wank sock though.

Make it tight in the hole and just use a very small amount.
Infact, use a bit of gasket paste instead. Instant gasket it's called.
