Is there any that would tie in well with being absolutely sun burnt to death? took an absolute roasting yesterday im a deep shade of lobster, can hardly move and never slept at all last nite, got quite an active job aswell gonna be a nightmare.

anyone else get toasted?

Yeah i'm burnt, but i had a bowl of "man up" this morning and it sorted me right out

I can sympathise with you, I got very burnt on friday, didn't sleep well and had real trouble driving on saturday.
