whats the best suspension for 2.0ltr corsa b on speedlines want good quality and lowered but dont want wheels to rub. how many mm can i drop without rubbing??

depends what your after, you can drop it 80-90 on speedlines 
best suspension opens a can of worms, whats your budget?

60/90 on standard shocks 
I myself prefer fixed rate kits so 60/60 or 60/70 would look good and not "broken"
If you go for coilovers the its best the get adjustable top mounts else you will have camber issues! but this all depends on your budget.
