think newman and autosprint say you can run them on stock pockets, but it would be very close id imagine, has more to do with lift than duration i think to whether or not they will work

Depends on the lift, Newman make 280 degree cams but have low lift so can be used on standard pistons.

v-sport can make you some cams that will work on std pistons
