Hi all,

Thinking about doing a rear disc conversion on the corsa B.

I know you need the rear calipers of either an astra 2.0 or cavalier.

But can they also come from a calibra and or omega/vectra?

Thank you
Steve

Im not a fan of rear discs IMO its a lot of work for such little and unsafe gain. Wont they just lock up causing a danger to the driver and passengers? I know the brakes will be much sharper etc but I dont see the huge gain. More of less for aesthetics is it not?

In fairness it is mainly for looks and the fact that my rear drums (least me) tend to seize VERY often and my dads corsa is the same so thought i'd put discs on!

U2U'd, Its not cheap tho when you look into all new parts. I paid £100 for the beam, It came with everything but needed to be striped refurbed.
