I had an issue with Ants a couple of months back.

The white powder was not effective enough. I got a couple of sprays from Tesco (around £4 each - not sure of the make) and sprayed under the carpets and around the door front and back door. Did the trick and only seen the odd one since. Lasts for 3 months apparently.

The white powder is safe to dogs btw. Says on the back of the tub and was fine with my Mum's 2 yorkshire terriors.

i have poored bleach down the hole that they are coming from and siliconed it up then covered it up so the dog cant get to it, hope that works problem is there isnt a door frame on at the min its bare brick and we cant put another door frame on till we have got rid of them
