Are they any good though? A mate has one and whenever he answers the phone he puts everybody on hold

I went and bought a Tocco Lite the other week, when you're in a call, it automatically locks the screen so you cant press anything while your on the phone to someone. But u can press the button on the side to unlock if you want to press numbers or loud speaker while in a call... Surely the tocco ultra has this aswell ?

Not sure, whenever you phone my mate, it goes silent for 5 seconds or so followed by a comment like "Shitty twatting phone"

haha, should be a setting somewhere to automatically lock the screen when in call... mine was already like this, i just answer by pressing the button at the bottom of the phone and everything locks.
Cant really go wrong for £150 tho i suppose

I have the normal Tocco. Basically it's shite. Call sound quality is awful and the touch screen pisses me off as texts take forever.
Quite decent for browsing websites though.
It's generally that bad that I have just forked out for another phone SIM free.

I really recommend the Tocco Lite... i think its excellent, big size screen at 3 inches, texting is really easy and fast because the buttons are massive on the screen. if u tilt it sideways everything changes to landscape, and if u do it while typing, u get a full qwerty keyboard.

The touch screen is fine but I hate the layout for texting as the room for your message is really small and the space button is in an awkward position.
In terms of general moving about the phone its fine. I just hate the interface of texting, using the phonebook and making calls.

Got one last week, after having sony ericssons for years I found texting a pain as the samsung system is crap! The phone confused me a little at first and when I took it out on my first drunken weekend I have MAJOR difficulty using the touch screen lol. However, now after having it almost a week I am getting used to it and quite like it, plus the camera is quality!
