I have been looking on ebay for a HTC Magic and have come across a few sellers now who sell alot of them and SE C905's it seems. Would this start alarm bells ringing suggesting they have got a batch of stolen ones? or would it be fairly legit?

all i will say about the SE C905 is that the gf has had her one sent back for repair 4 times....each time it came back with the same fault, so today she finally got a new phone!
Supposedly, there was a massive batch of dodgy parts that went in the early version, but this has now been corrected on newer ones.

Vodafone branded handset and box. Has 100% feedback from about 130ish people. Not all bought phones though obviously

Buy it, then you can check from the IMEI number if it's been nicked or not.
