So the telephone line and website have gone live to get the anti viral. Why is the news reporting that they think people will lie to get Tamiflu?

What the fuck are you going to to do with these tablets once you've got them (if you don't even need them)? Makes no sense...

From what i head earlier they were warning people not to take them as a precaution if you don't have swine flu, as they will make you ill.

So i guess they think that people think it's a prevention, rather than an aid to helping when you get the disease.

People are morons

Due to the media saying there weren't enough to cover the population probabaly so people will try and get some and save it for when they get ill or sell it etc.

3 people that work near me have it and 2 came in yesterday but got told to leave

Yer I dont see what the fuss is about there is no shortage. We have shit loads here

So if you need it you can get it for free so I dont see what people are going to do with it if they dont need it.

Only downside would be if people started taking it when they didnt have it.

TBH I would like to get it ASAP, just get it over and done with, if I know someone who has it; I will make a reasonable effort to be their friend for a short while...

Apparently someone at my dad's work has it, but they haven't told anyone what shift they work on or which department

Why did they have to call it "swine" flu though, surely there are better names for it that sound less insulting, like bacon flu or pork flu or something

The little girl i look after has it and now both the parents have it. its really no big deal unless you fall into one of the high risk categories. just take tamiflu and get over it

I've had it and I didn't even need tamiflu

We have a huge supply in work too, plenty to go around. It's just distributing it that's the problem

The only thing is that in wales, only patients that are at risk are allowed to have a prescription of antivirals.
