Pick most of it then some autoglym intensive tar remover.

I just put an old debit card behind a rag and gave it some elbow grease. Comes off eventually, the side strips are the real bastards...lol

something called a "rubber wheel", or something of that sort, on ebay, less than £10, is meant to take it off with ease without damaging any paintwork.

might be that, lol. I can't remember what it was, my mate at the garage told me, in one ear, out the other as I was more interested in watching him take the head off his c20xe at the time. lol

Fantastic! Make sure it's the right thing though before you destroy the paintwork, haha.
I need one for my side strips tbh

At least you can use one for your side strips bud...
Some clown did one side of my car, did half of the other side, chipped some paint off and gave up... lush lol
EDIT: I usually use white spirit (Lots) and a Rag - Just don't leave it on the paint too long

If its the actual foamy type glue that you mean, then you could try boiling the kettle and pouring it on and then picking away at it.
If its the residual film that gets left behind when they are all off, then petrol, white spirits and elbow grease works well
