I was out on Saturday night and got totally wrecked. I felt surprisingly alright yesterday but its seriously coming back to haunt me today now I'm at work, feeling worse as the day goes on.

Feel really light headed I could go to sleep at my desk.

I was ok yesterday, crashed out on the sofa watching footy for most of it. Feel like I'm on another planet today though.

Been a while since I had a delayed one, usually get it out the way the morning after

The solution would be to fuck off home if I hadn't got a lift in today.

Had a few cuppas already, not sure if its helping or not

I'm feeling okish now. Couldn't stomach breakfast this morning - I ALWAYS have my breakfast too.

Had a nice shit, sat in the toilets half asleep for a while. Just need some food and I'll be right. 10 mins till lunch

Lately i've been feeling surprisingly fine each time I go out, but then again I haven't been getting home until 4 hours after the clubs shut, maybe it wears off
