Seen it before, there was one better than that I think it was some Mexican and his wife running it or something, and the woman's son in law chucked the table over that they were all sat at, and was about to beat the Mexican up after Gordon basically said he is the reason why their restaurant is so shit and not making any money!

You can't run a busy kitchen if you're not assertive and loud enough to control your team.

The kitchen is a nightmare when running full steam ahead. I call it a controlled panic. Gordon is doing a great job

A lot of people say they'd fly for him, myself probably included, he's a big bloke though and he is not shy in coming forward. You'd have to have a big set of cahoonies to stand up to him in full flow.
