my counter seims to have a mind of its own, sometimes works then doesnt, just driveing back home doing 45mph and revcounter is on 0

can some 1 help me please.

took the sender out the box and cleaned it up?

have you checked there isn't a dodgy earth on the wiring?

He said rev counter, not speedo.

I'd check the wiring at the back of the digidash. Also check that the plastic wire thing on the digidash at the back can actually make contact properly with the connector block.
