Could this be gasket?
Is it a pain in the hoop on a x16xe?
Thanks

You mean the crank oil seals? Which end?
If its flywheel end its gearbox off which is a pain in the bum!
Oil pump end is a pain but its not inpossible, not done one myself so cant help.

It might just be a slighty leaking sump plug or the sump gasket which is common on vauxhalls lol.
Get your head under there and see if you see any leaks.

if it is the crank oil seal its a case of timing belt and bottom pulley off and pull it out then refit the new one and build it up again

I didn't use a washer when I did an oil change so my sump leaks a slight amount of oil, it's normal to me though and barely effects the oil level whatsoever. It just needs a washer put on it when I next do an oil change. Could be that, mate? Especially if it's dripping from sump.

best to jet wash the underneath of the engine and put a sheet of paper under it and track where any drips come from
