could i run a 16v engine thats suppose to have a lambada sensor with a non lambada style manifold and no lambada sensor plugged in? or would it run like a bag of nails?

It will run but wont like you.. Eml will be on and it will drink fuel and not run spot on.. Just get a janspeed one and be done with it.

make sure that its a place where all the exhaust gasses converge or it will be a bugger to pass an immisions test
