Where i have unscrewed and rescrewed the door card in the hole has got bigger...I can no longer keep it on the door? how can i screw it on? tried bigger screws do i have to weld it?

Welding door card on? Personally id just bodge it and glue it on if all else fails

If its the screw holes in the door that have got bigger try getting behind them and flatening them out a bit. What happens is the metel bends inwards making the hole bigger.

isn't the door car a cloth material anyway, how does that work? wielding it on? Tbh, superglue
