I think it would be more productive to spend money on telling people to keep left unless overtaking on the motorway.

Oh, and also on 30mph zone signs. I have seen in a few places red signs saying new 30mph speed limit in place and some 'It's 30 for a reason' signs, but they always forget to put the red circles with the number 30 in them. Boggle me that one.
