Do the Apple shops do a repair service. my i-pod has completley frozen. Don't know what to do.

have a look on their website, im sure they have a repair centre to get batteries changed etc so they must be able to sort that, failing that maybe take it to an apple shop if theres one near you.

Yes they do indeed, the genius bar as it's so called, can usually just turn up but they have an appointment system on the website somewhere

Tried to restore it on itunes? Which model is it? The Genius bar is a load of shit to be honest told me because of a small dent on the back casing it dented the hdd inside, when I opened it there were no marks on the hss at all as it covered in foam but then my warrenty was void because I opened it the cunts lol.
