Surely you should be asking yourself this question - how will we know what your holiday entitlement is or the T&Cs of your contract?

Did you have a contract (did you sign anything before you started)? What sort of job was it - permanent/temp/contract?

usually if you leave without working your notice you forfeit you holiday entitlement pay i believe.
it's their discretion (sp) whether they pay you or not.

Yeah I thought that if they fired you they have to give you certain amount of pay / holiday but if you choose to leave or even walk out then they don't have to because you have left them in the shit rather than other way around. But that may be completely wrong

If you worked your notice then you'll be due any holidays you built up during this holiday year.
If you didnt work your notice, then you'll probably have a battle with them to get anything off them.

If you had say 30 holidays to take in a year, and had only worked 6mth, you wouldnt be entitled to the 30, thats how ours works.
But, tbf, if you didnt work your notice, they can probably do anything they want as you have broken your contract (you will have one & i am 95% sure this clause will be in there)
Moral of the story?
Read your contract & work your notice.
