What radiator are you guys using?
I tried the one out of an air con corsa and it doesnt keep the temp down at all so I am after something that I know will definately fit.
Any suggestions?

iirc the corsa Diesel has the biggest core.
Id be looking at running 2 fans and a manual switch aswell though.

Yes I hear that the diesel one is the thickest although the top hose is on the passenger side as opposed to the drivers side but I havent seen one myself to check this out

instead of the standard rad having to outlets on the top the diesl one has the driverside outlet at the bottom and would involve a pipe being made up to suit but it has been done and a lot of people use them for the xe as well

I had a look at one in a MK3 astra 1.7td vx engine and it was very thick but probably too tall. It looks like the diesel rad is the way to go anyway
