Have a look on some torrent sites for "radio code generator" I've got stuff off there for ford and peugeot in the past
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

If it can be done off the serial number then I have the software (Ste - it's all on Hangar).
Some can't be done though and depending on whether it is VDO or Delco it isn't even that easy to reprogram the IC.
Post the make, full model, ie. CDR500 E and the serial number and I'll see what I can do.
Otherwise it may be useless without the correct equipment to alter the memory on it.
