Good point made ina BBC blog... the French clubs are whining but it was them who poached all the AFricans and naturalised them so they coudl play in and for France

I can't see United getting any punishment, if as they say all paperwork was sorted.

Its not the paperwork thats the problem, its all the stuff before then the club did to get them to sign the paperwork.
